The past few years have been very eventful for me. I lost my beautiful wife and dear friend Mae in November of 2016 after 59 ½ years of marriage. I’ve been so busy spending time with family, I almost missed that I turned 80! Another milestone snuck up on me as I recently completed my 32nd year in real estate.
My time in real estate has been fun and rewarding and many of my customers have become friends. Those of you who know me pretty well would be correct to assume I'm not about to retire ~ I love real estate too much for that! I just find myself at a stage in my career where I need to make a few changes as I continue to serve my customers.
I’m staying with Berkshire Hathaway but will be moving down the hall on the same floor in the same building I've been in for years. I’ve also brought on a partner I’m excited to be working with, George Carlozzi. I’ve known him for over 23 years and in that time he has been a customer of several transactions, an advocate who has sent me many referrals, and a friend.
George and I are similar in so many ways you could say we are ‘cut from the same cloth’. He is a seasoned sales agent with a great work ethic. He works tirelessly for his clients and conducts himself with integrity.
Real estate is a relationship business and I treasure the relationships I’ve built over the years. I would not share those with just anyone, but have found in George someone I work well with and trust to handle those relationships in much the same way I would. I believe you’ll like him too! I feel good about the next several years in real estate and to have the opportunity to partner with George.
