I am a full-time, residential real estate broker with over 10 years of experience in both residential sales and HOA management.  I specialize in single family home sales, condominiums and townhomes in the south Chicagoland area including:  Tinley Park, Orland Park, Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox and Oak Forest.  For my clients my goals are simple:

For the Home Buyer:  To listen to your wants and needs and match them to your budget.  Once we determine this, then the house hunt begins.  When you find your home, it’s my job to ensure you get the property for the best possible terms.  Once the contract is negotiated, it’s time for inspections and follow through to make sure all of the I’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.  I will be with you during every step of this process, including when you receive your keys at closing.

For the Home Seller:  To listen to your current home needs and your expectations of me as your realtor.  Your home is the for the most part, your single largest investment.  It is important for me to understand what is motivating you and/or your family to make a move.  After our initial consultation and review of the current market valuation, I will develop a comprehensive marketing plan for your home that works for you and suits your current needs.  Once negotiations begin, I will work to get you the best possible price and terms for your property.  When your home is under contract, I will work with your attorney, inspectors and other professionals to get your home closed as efficiently as possible.  I will be there through the closing to make sure your home closes. 

For My Clients:  My job is to listen and respect your wants and needs during the home buying and selling process.  I will be honest with you about your needs and expectations and also about market pricing your home.  I truly believe in educating you as a client so that you understand the new real estate market.  I will be available for you to ask questions, or re-visit any changes in criteria daily.  98% of my deals close, but that is not my measure of success.  Having you as a satisfied client is.
